1. Introduction
Welcome to Bali Driver Service. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp from our team.
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak tourist seasons.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Our daily rental rate is valid for a maximum of 10 hours per day, starting from the agreed pickup time.
- The rate includes the vehicle, an English-speaking driver, and petrol (fuel) for the designated areas.
- Additional charges apply for trips to remote areas (e.g., Lovina, Menjangan, Gilimanuk, Amed) unless explicitly stated in your tour package.
- Overtime is charged at 10% of the daily rate per hour.
- Payment can be made in cash (IDR) directly to the driver at the end of the day or via bank transfer prior to the trip.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first day's rental.
5. Itinerary and Routing
- You are free to customize your itinerary within the agreed hours and areas.
- Our drivers are experienced and can suggest routes, but the final decision is yours.
- The driver has the right to refuse routes that are deemed unsafe or inaccessible for the specific type of vehicle.
6. Liability and Safety
- We prioritize your safety and ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and fully insured.
- However, Bali Driver Service is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour, nor for items left behind in the vehicle.
- Passengers are expected to wear seatbelts at all times when the vehicle is in motion.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
